At Mediatrix Studios, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information our mobile game Transit Hop and any other games or apps we publish collects from you, how we use it, and the choices available to you. By downloading or playing our games, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information in two ways: data you provide directly, and data collected automatically when you use our games.

Data You Provide

• Communications you send us directly, for example via our support email (such as your email address and the content of your message).

Data Collected Automatically

• Device identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID) to support ad delivery and attribution.
• In-app purchase records processed through the Google Play Billing system.

We do not collect your precise GPS location, access your contacts, camera, or microphone unless explicitly required by a feature you opt into.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To process in-app purchases and restore them across devices where applicable.
• To serve contextually appropriate advertising via AdMob, where ads are present in a game.
• To respond to your support requests and communicate important updates.

We do not use your information to build advertising profiles for sale to third parties, and we do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Our games integrate third-party SDKs from Google to support advertising and in-app purchases. These services operate under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

• AdMob (Google) Serves ads within the game and may collect the Android Advertising ID and device information to deliver contextual advertising. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Play Billing Processes in-app purchase transactions securely through Google's infrastructure. We do not receive or store your payment details. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Links within our games to external websites or services are subject to the privacy policies of those destinations. Mediatrix Studios is not responsible for the practices of third-party sites once you leave our app.

We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Specifically:

• Support correspondence is retained for up to 12 months after resolution of your query.
• Purchase records are retained for the duration required by applicable tax and financial regulations.

When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be associated with any individual.

Our games are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental or guardian consent.

For games designated as suitable for families on Google Play, we take additional steps to limit data collection and to disable interest-based advertising in accordance with Google Play's Families Policy.

Depending on where you are located, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal data. These may include:

• Access The right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction The right to request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion The right to request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations.
• Opt-out of personalised ads You can reset or limit your Android Advertising ID in your device settings under Google › Ads. AdMob will also present a consent choice when you first launch the game.

The data our games interact with is handled primarily through Google's infrastructure (AdMob and Google Play Billing), which maintains its own industry-standard security practices. We take reasonable care to ensure any data we directly handle (such as support emails) is kept secure.

However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights, we will notify you and relevant authorities as required by applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of our games after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
