License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Mediatrix Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use one copy of the application on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

This licence does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the application in any commercial manner. Nothing in this EULA transfers any ownership right in the application to you.

You agree that you will not, and will not permit or assist others to:

• Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works of the application or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding within the application.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other third-party tools to interact with the application in a manner not intended by Mediatrix Studios.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain an unfair advantage or to disrupt the experience of other players.
• Use the application in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any server, network, or system associated with the application.

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your licence and, where applicable, legal action.

The application and all its content, including but not limited to game code, graphics, artwork, animations, audio, music, user interface design, game mechanics, and the "Transit Hop" and "Mediatrix Studios" names and logos, are the exclusive intellectual property of Mediatrix Studios and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All rights not expressly granted to you in this EULA are reserved by Mediatrix Studios. You acknowledge that no title or ownership in the application or its content is transferred to you under this licence.

Our applications may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual currency, or other digital goods ("Virtual Items"). All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play billing system and are subject to Google's Terms of Service.

• In-app purchases are generally final once processed. If something goes wrong with your purchase, for example, you were charged but didn't receive the item, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds are also available through Google Play's standard refund policy within the applicable window.
• Virtual Items have no monetary value outside of the application and cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred between accounts, or redeemed for any tangible goods.
• Mediatrix Studios reserves the right to modify, rebalance, or discontinue Virtual Items as part of game updates. Where changes significantly affect purchased items, we will give reasonable advance notice where possible.
• If the application is discontinued, access to purchased Virtual Items may also end. We will provide advance notice of at least 30 days where practically possible.

Where our applications allow you to submit content such as a username, profile information, or feedback, you grant Mediatrix Studios a licence to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the application. We will not use your submitted content for anything beyond that without asking you first.

You are solely responsible for any content you submit and you represent that you have the right to submit it. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. Mediatrix Studios reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

Mediatrix Studios may from time to time develop patches, bug fixes, updates, and new versions of the application ("Updates"). Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed, or may require your action via the Google Play Store.

This EULA applies to all Updates unless a separate licence agreement is provided alongside them. Mediatrix Studios reserves the right to modify or suspend any aspect of the application, including features, gameplay mechanics, or availability, but we commit to providing reasonable advance notice of significant changes, particularly those that affect paid content or shut down the application entirely. We care about the time and money you have invested in our games.

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this licence will terminate automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately stop all use of the application and delete all copies from your devices.

Mediatrix Studios also reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the application in response to conduct that is harmful to other users, to third parties, or to the integrity of our games, such as cheating, abuse, or exploiting vulnerabilities. We will act proportionately and, where feasible, will attempt to contact you before taking permanent action.

Sections of this EULA that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability shall survive.

The application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mediatrix Studios disclaims all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We cannot guarantee that the application will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

We take quality seriously and work hard to make our games as stable and enjoyable as possible. But software is imperfect and occasional bugs do happen. We appreciate your patience, and we actively rely on player reports to make things better, so please do reach out if you run into something.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Mediatrix Studios, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application, including loss of data or loss of Virtual Items.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from this EULA exceed the total amount you actually paid to Mediatrix Studios in the twelve months preceding the claim. If you have not made any purchases, our liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above may not apply to you in full.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

If you are accessing the application from outside Nigeria, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

This application is distributed through the Google Play Store. Your use of Google Play is also governed by Google's Terms of Service and Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Google Play's terms with respect to the application, this EULA shall govern to the extent permitted by Google Play's policies.

• Google is not a party to this EULA and bears no responsibility for the application or its content.
• Google has no obligation whatsoever to provide any support or maintenance services with respect to the application.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the application or your use of it infringes a third party's intellectual property rights, Mediatrix Studios not Google will be solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement, and discharge of such a claim.
• Google and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce its terms against you.
